I’m Dr. Aparna—a doctor-turned-KonMari® Consultant, Montessori Educator, Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, and Conscious Parenting Method™ Coach. As a mother of two, I’m on a mission to help parents cultivate peaceful, connected family relationships and create harmonious homes filled with joy, respect, and intention.

I've been passionate about organizing for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I always had the tidiest room—throughout childhood and even through the rigorous demands of medical school. But becoming a mother introduced a new set of challenges. Suddenly, keeping my home (and my mind!) organized felt overwhelming. I knew there had to be a simpler, healthier way to manage my expectations.

A decade ago, I stumbled upon a Montessori homeschooling group, where a friend introduced me to Marie Kondo’s books—and I was instantly hooked! I was drawn to the Montessori philosophy, recognizing its deep alignment with the KonMari® Method of tidying. More than ever, I wanted to raise my children to be independent, self-reliant, and intentional in their spaces.

In 2020, I became certified as a Montessori Assistant and a KonMari® Consultant, trained by none other than Marie Kondo herself. My goal? To help parents create calm, clutter-free homes—without resorting to threats, bribes, punishments, or yelling to get their children to tidy up. Over the next two years, I deepened my expertise by training with Kim John Payne, Jane Nelsen, and Dr. Shefali Tsabary, learning how to guide families toward a life of purpose, connection, and peace.

As a parent, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of raising children in today’s fast-paced world. While parenting is often thought of as "intuitive," it doesn’t always feel that way—especially when daily stressors leave us feeling triggered and frustrated. My mission is to help parents nurture their inner child with confidence before raising the child in front of them.

I support my clients in discovering their authentic inner voice, embracing the "good enoughness" of parenting, and showing up for themselves and their children in a conscious, compassionate way. Through a blend of organizing, mindfulness, and intentional living, I help families create homes that foster trust, mutual respect, and joyful connection.

I’ve learned that both external and internal clutter don’t have to stand in the way of building strong, secure relationships with our children. By working with them—rather than for them—to curate their spaces, we empower them to take ownership of their environment and cultivate a lifelong sense of clarity and confidence.

Let's create a home that sparks joy and a life that feels truly aligned.

With a deep passion for living with intention and sustainability, I love sharing my journey and showing that it's possible to create a home filled only with what brings purpose, authenticity, and comfort—leading to a life of true abundance and contentment. Through my experiences as a mother and my expertise in parenting and home organization, I strive to facilitate transformative home environments that empower parents like you to cultivate positive, peaceful relationships with both your families and your living spaces.

Aparna has transformed my home and family life! The mindset changes with regards to owning things and keeping them organised went a long way in helping me create my ideal lifestyle. I also find that this thought process gives me greater clarity of thought in my business. The best way to think of her service proposition is to liken it to interior designing, but for the closed or less visible, yet most used areas of the home.
